Susanna Hoffs (born January 17, 1959) is an American singer, guitarist, and actress. She is best known as a founding member of the all-female band, The Bangles.
Music Career: Her career began in the early 1980s with The Bangles. The band achieved significant commercial success with hits like "Manic Monday," "Walk Like an Egyptian," and "Eternal Flame." After The Bangles initially disbanded in 1989, Hoffs pursued a solo career, releasing albums such as When You're a Boy (1991) and Susanna Hoffs (1996). The Bangles later reunited in the late 1990s and continued to record and tour.
Acting: Hoffs has also dabbled in acting, most notably in films directed by her husband, Jay Roach, including The Austin Powers series.
